Refund policy

OUR RETURN POLICY

 

To start a return/exchange, simply visit https://gwestapparel.returnscenter.com and input your order number and email address.

 

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority as we are committed to providing our customers with a superior level of service. If you are not satisfied with your order, for any reason, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return the merchandise. The merchandise MUST be returned in its original condition, NEW/UNUSED/UNWORN/UNWASHED.

Returns WILL be denied if (or charged a restocking fee up to 50%) You will be contacted via email with your options:

  • The merchandise has been Worn, Used, and/or Washed
  • The merchandise was shipped using improper packaging (please see “How NOT to return your merchandise” section)

 

We may charge a 20% Restocking Fee or Additional Shipping Fees if the product is returned to us:

  • Without the original box and/or original tags, or accessories (laces, parts, components, key chains, insoles, shoe bag, etc.)
  • By the mail carriers as “Refused, Undelivered, Moved, etc” (unless otherwise specified by a Customer Care Representative)
  • Passed the 30-day Return Period (unless otherwise specified by a Customer Care Representative)

 

Upon receipt of your order, carefully inspect the contents of your order for any physical defect(s) or shipping damage(s) or errors. If you believe you have received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via phone or email.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount. Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser.

Hats

Wigs

Make Up

Lingerie

Undergarments

Costumes

 

***For Holiday Returns, any purchases made from November 1st to December 25th can be returned up to January 31st or 30 days from the purchase date, whichever is later.
